Furthermore, we strive to be a leading surface treatment company that is both environmentally responsible and in harmony with our society.
We accept orders from single pieces
We accept orders as small as single pieces. We can perform small-lot production (such as dozens of pieces, several times a year) or multiple prototype pieces. From plastic molded objects to items from 3D printers, contact us for details. We have experience plating FRP, acrylic, etc. Please understand that the quality of the plating may differ depending on the surface condition of the item or the type of plastic being used. For the most part, we can perform plating with any of the colors shown in our Catalogue of Samples. And partial painting or clear coating after plating is also possible. If you require a color that is not in our Catalogue of Samples, please ask us.
Prototype Materials We Have Worked With
ABS, PC/ABS, PA, PP, PBT, LCP, PPS, PEEK, POM, PET, Acrylic, Clear Acrylic, FRP, 3D Printer Acrylic, Digital ABS, etc. Please feel free to contact us about other materials.
Caution
-
- ※As a rule, we will not attempt to re-plate objects that have already been plated or painted, or objects of unknown plastic variety. The pre-existing plating coat or paint could peel, degrading the plastic object. If the type of plastic is unknown, some types of plastic may dissolve during the plating process. As your precious object may be irretrievably lost, we may refuse to try plating such objects.
※We also do not accept direct requests from individuals. For the same reasons as above, often the plastic type is not unknown, or the object has already been plated or painted, so the risk of re-plating is very high. Thank you for your understanding
